At Bella Vida, we’re redefining the traditional Continuing Care Retirement Community. For more than 60 years, Forefront Living has provided the best care at various stages of life and embraced innovation and growth to improve and continue their mission of serving older adults in Texas. As a nonprofit, we’ve made it our mission to create an atmosphere where seniors can thrive. We’ve focused on design, programming and community engagement to create campuses that empower individuals with options that bring deeper meaning to every phase of life.
The Traditional CCRC Model
Traditionally, a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) offers different levels of support as residents’ needs change. For example, living independently is often a straightforward choice to have community socialization, services, conveniences and a future plan that offers a maintenance-free lifestyle, different from living in their current home. However, mobility issues or cognitive challenges could arise along the way, and individuals can then require greater support. These needs can result in a need to move into a different section of the community.

Our unique Forefront Assurance Plan provides priority access to higher levels of care at a predictable monthly cost, allowing you to have ultimate flexibility and financial predictability throughout
your lifetime.
Additionally, and importantly, the plan offers a significant discount of up to $72,000 per person toward
the costs of higher levels of
care on campus.

We offer a memory care neighborhood with greater security and the best possible cognitive care programming for those requiring specialized cognitive support.
