Bella Vida Voice – September/October 2024

The entire Bella Vida community has been bustling with activity during the busy months of June and July, especially our amazing Senior Living Advisors!

As many of you already know, our presales goal is to secure reservations for 143 out of our 204 residences to begin construction. We are thrilled to announce that we have already achieved over 55% of our goal, with 110 residences already reserved! If you haven’t already, it’s time to invite your friends and family to join us on this exciting journey before it’s too late.

We’re excited to share a new goal graphic showcasing our progress, which we’ll be updating to keep you informed. With some amazing events planned in the coming months, we are confident we’ll reach and surpass our goal.  Thank you for being part of our journey!

Bella Vida Frequently Asked Questions

Referrals that come directly from our community have been incredibly valuable in helping Bella Vida grow. Many of our newest future residents were referred by friends or family members who had previously reserved a residence with us. You recognize the unique benefits of our community and to continue this momentum, we’ve launched our “Help Bella Vida Fight Hunger in San Antonio” referral program. You have a unique opportunity to not only help Bella Vida grow but also support a great cause in the process. From now through Oct. 31, 2024, for every friend or family member you refer that results in an appointment with our Senior Living Advisors, Bella Vida will donate $100 to the San Antonio Food Bank. If your referral reserves a residence, we’ll increase the donation to $500! It’s a wonderful way to share our community and support those in need!

For a limited time, and in addition to the food bank donation we are offering a $3,500 monthly service fee credit for any referral that results in a reservation by Oct. 31. This will be in addition to the first two months of service fees you already receive as part of being a Charter Member. Highlights From Our Recent VIP Events

In June and July, we hosted some incredible VIP events. From our first Thrive event to the Meet the Leadership Brunch, we enjoyed getting to know you better and building our future community together.

Meet the Leadership

Our future residents had a great time at the Meet the Leadership Event on Aug. 27! They had the opportunity to connect with the Forefront Living Leadership team, mingle with fellow VIPs, and enjoy a lovely brunch at the La Cantera Resort Ballroom.

Bella Vida Thrive Series: Landers Photography Event

On July 16, our residents had a blast with Jim Landers Photography! They picked up some fantastic photography tips and tricks that they’ll be able to use to capture beautiful moments in the future!

Recent Neighborhood Socials

In the past few weeks, our Bella Vida community enjoyed two fantastic neighborhood socials! Both our future Villa residents and future 2nd and 3rd-floor neighbors gathered for fun events filled with opportunities to connect, share stories, and strengthen our vibrant community spirit!

We’re sure you’ve noticed Arturo’s recent absence from the Bella Vida offices, but we haven’t properly introduced you to his fantastic replacement or shared where Arturo is headed. Our beloved Arturo has returned home to Odessa to be closer to his family. We wish him all the best and hope to see him again in some capacity soon.

We know his replacement has some big shoes to fill, but we have no doubt that our newest team member will do a great job. Nathan McArdle our new Marketing Assistant here at Bella Vida is a fairly recent UTSA graduate and San Antonio native. He will be taking on our social media and events as we continue to grow. Nathan has experience creating content and websites for seniors that emphasize accessibility and clarity as well as taking advantage of the latest technology. “I’m looking forward to capturing what makes Bella Vida an innovative and vibrant community,” said Nathan. “I’ve already met so many members who have led such fascinating lives.”  When he’s not creating content or putting the finishing touches on events, Nathan is quite a movie fan and enjoys living an active lifestyle with an emphasis on working out.

At Bella Vida, we’re all about bringing our community together. To help us connect with our VIPs and foster new friendships, we’re inviting you to share a bit about yourself. Whether it’s a fun question or your latest vacation photos, in each future edition of the Bella Vida Voice, we’ll ask you to share your response, and some of them will be featured in our next eblast! Your participation helps us celebrate the unique experiences that make our group special.

Veterans and their spouses are invited to an exclusive gathering for those who have selflessly served our country. Join us for delicious food and the warmth of camaraderie as we honor and express our heartfelt gratitude.

Bella Vida VIPs are invited to a delicious Texas-themed brunch, complete with messages of gratitude as we embrace the fall season. Come dressed in your best Western attire and enjoy a morning of fun, food, and fellowship.
