Bella Vida recently hosted an exclusive “Meet the Leadership” event on August 27, 2024, at the beautiful La Cantera Resort & Spa in San Antonio. The gathering was an opportunity to bring VIP members and key leaders from the Forefront Living team together providing a valuable opportunity to build relationships and strengthen the sense of community that is central to Bella Vida.

The event featured an elegant brunch in the La Cantera Ballroom, where guests mingled with their future neighbors and had the unique opportunity to meet the leadership team behind Bella Vida’s vision. Attendees heard firsthand from Tim Mallad, CEO and Steve Ailey, CFO, as well as Bella Vida’s own Sally Casey. They shared insights into the vision and future developments of the community, and what makes Bella Vida a special place to call home.

Also in attendance were other members of the Forefront Living Leadership team, including Scott Polzin (COO), Barbara Matamoros (Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing), and Jenelle Bertolino (Healthcare and Senior Living Executive). From Greystone Communities, Kristine Graeber (First Vice President of Marketing) and Leslie Dominguez (Corporate Vice President of Marketing) were also present to mingle and visit with Bella Vida VIPs. Additionally, the rest of the Bella Vida team, including Jody Biewen, Tamara Stroike, Rose Hart, and Nathan McArdle, were on hand for the event, adding to the welcoming atmosphere.

The event provided a chance for VIPs to connect with the people driving Bella Vida’s mission to create a vibrant, inclusive, and fulfilling living experience for its residents.
